The registration fee includes: Access to all scientific sessions, Certificate of attendance, Congress bag, Coffee breaks and lunches, Welcome cocktail, Gala dinner

Accompanying person registration fee includes: Coffee breaks and lunches, Welcome cocktail, Gala dinner.

An accompanying person refers to a participant's spouse or family member attending the social events but not participating in the scientific sessions.

HOW TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE

·       All participants must register online.

·       Students (non-academic staff) are required to upload a PDF document verifying their student status (Ph.D. or Master’s degree) during registration; otherwise, the regular fee will apply.*

·       Proof of payment will be sent to the participant via email (abdurrahman.ay@omu.edu.tr).

·       No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations made after April 1, 2025.

All payment transactions should be made to Abdurrahman AY (Tel: +90 533 464 78 88), who serves as the Congress Secretariat.

All bank fees, transfer charges, and additional costs related to the payment process via Western Union are the responsibility of the participant.
